I have been to the Wichita Wildlife Refuge many times, but never made it up to Mt. Scott. Until today!
I love this part of Oklahoma, it is filled with so much beauty – wildlife, trails, big hills, and open lush plains. We first stopped by the Welcome Center and met with a park ranger that had a few feathery friends with her.
Following this fun and educational experience with these amazing birds, we left and drove out to Mt. Scott. Here are some pictures.
